    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    Eligibility Requirements 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

    • Unused and in the same condition as received 
    • In its original packaging with with all tags attached 
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (or order number or receipt)

    How to Start a Return 

    Step 1: Email us at support@healthydoglifestyl.com with:

    • Your order number 
    • The item (s) you wish to return 
    • Reason for return 
    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective 

    Step 2: Wait for our response with in 1-3 business days. We will send you return authorization and the return shipping address.

    Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including your order number inside the package, and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
