Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at Support@healthydoglifestyl.com. items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items (Final Sale)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

EU Customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period.
